A nutrition counselor is a supportive resource in helping you make healthier nutrition and lifestyle choices. They’ll work with you to identify problems and gaps in your nutrition and suggest ways to incorporate healthy foods into your lifestyle.

Working with a Nutrition Counselor is a great starting point if you’re looking to get on the path to a healthier lifestyle in body mind and soul. Whether you’re on a weight loss journey or looking to maximize your health, putting a focus on nutrition can be an impactful way to reach your goals.

Rhodes Nutritional Counselors take a holistic approach: you will leave each appointment with the information needed to make healthy nutrition choices as well as the tools and resources to support you to make the changes.

Counsellors help their clients gain insight into their problems and acquire skills to manage and overcome them.

Graduates of the Professional Integrative Nutrition Diploma Program will be able to register with both the International Coach Federation and the Health Coach Alliance (pending) to receive potentially both their Associate Certified Coach certification designation and their Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor designation.
