Step One: Sit upright and slowly exhale all of the oxygen from your lungs through your mouth.

Step Two: Slowly inhale through your nose for a count of four.

Step Three: Hold your breath for a count of four.

Step Four: Exhale through your mouth for a count of four.

Step Five: Hold your breath for a count of four.

Step Six: Repeat until you feel calm.  Ideally you will repeat the cycle four times.
